These terms govern your use of the Antara app and website (getantara.com). By using Antara, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language.

Antara is operated by Growth Chain LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

1. Using Antara

Antara is a personal happiness tracking app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any unlawful way or to harm others
• Create accounts for bots, automation, or data scraping
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Your Account

On first use, Antara creates a temporary anonymous account without asking for contact information. If you connect an email, Apple, or Google sign-in, you are responsible for keeping that sign-in method secure and for activity under the account.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent.

3. Your Content

The data you enter into Antara (reflections, scores, rankings) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for advertising. We process it only to provide Antara, including through the service providers and optional AI processors described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Antara offers a free tier and a Pro subscription (in-app purchase)
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies
• Deleting your Antara account does not itself cancel App Store billing; cancel the subscription through your Apple ID
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

5. Intellectual Property

All Antara software, design, branding, and content (excluding your personal data) is owned by Growth Chain LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Antara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Antara is not a medical or mental health service. The app does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Chain LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Antara — including loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim related to Antara shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $10 USD if no payment was made).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Antara if you violate these terms. You may stop using Antara at any time and delete your account from within the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of Antara after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Georgia, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
