Getting Started

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can use Antara anonymously — no email required. If you want to back up your data or access it across devices, you can create an account at any time.

What's the difference between the free and Pro versions?

The free version includes daily check-ins and basic trend tracking. Pro unlocks full historical insights, AI-powered reflections, and advanced analytics. You can upgrade anytime from within the app.

Can I use Antara on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. Antara is available on iOS and Android. If you have a Pro subscription, it follows your account across platforms.

Your Data

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). It never leaves EU infrastructure.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to download a CSV of all your check-ins, scores, and reflections.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Is my journal visible to anyone?

No. Your reflections are private and protected by row-level security. The Antara team cannot read your entries.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel through your device's subscription settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Antara
  • Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → Antara

I was charged but don't have Pro. What do I do?

Email us at support@getantara.com with your purchase receipt and we'll resolve it.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Contact their support directly, or email us and we'll help you navigate the process.

Technical Issues

The app crashed or something isn't working.

Email us at support@getantara.com with a brief description of what happened, your device model, and OS version. Screenshots help.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password and we'll send a reset link to your registered email.
